Gary Morgan, Senior Research Scientist
Mr. Barry Ressler, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of T3I, has devoted his career prior to co-founding T3I to the High Voltage/pulse power industry and served as Chairman, President and CEO of Universal Voltronics Corp (UVC). UVC was listed on the American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

At UVC, Mr. Ressler concentrated on the financing and development of products in the fields of industrial particle beam processes, medical diagnostics, alternative energy, industrial and surgical lasers and for microwave related applications.

In addition, Mr. Ressler is a member of the Board of Directors of JMAR Industries, a company focusing on extreme ultraviolet lithography for the defense and semiconductor industries, ASIC design/manufacturing and products for precision micro-machining.

Mr. Ressler is a member of the UCONN Biotechnology Center External Advisory Board of the University of Connecticut, advising the University on the expansion of biotechnology research initiatives to foster University-Industry collaborative activities.

Mr. Ressler is also a member of the Nauticos Corp Business and Technology Advisory Board. Nauticos has developed advanced side scan sonar, ROV and research products used in the discovery of historic and contemporary sunken vessels including the Discovery Channel Titanic project and locating of the I-52 and DAKAR Submarines (www.nauticos.com).

Mr. Peter Lips is the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Director of Business Development for T3I. Mr. Lips was one of the founders and, for nine years, one of the senior executives for the Prodigy Services Company, a multi-million dollar joint venture of IBM and Sears, Roebuck & Co.

Prior to joining Prodigy he had a career at Sears, Roebuck & Co. ranging from corporate planning (mergers and acquisitions), strategic planning for Sears entry into Financial Services, and merchandise management in the Sears Merchandise Group. Mr. Lips earned his BA from Princeton University and his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.

Dr. John J. Coogan, Vice President, Technical Director and Chief Technology Officer of T3I, is responsible for the technical product and applications development of T3I’s UV fluid and airborne treatment systems. Prior to joining T3I in August 1997, Dr. Coogan served as the team leader for plasma chemistry at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in New Mexico and is the author of numerous publications in the fields of plasma processing, ultraviolet light production in rare gases, advanced oxidation techniques for air pollutant and hazardous waste treatment, flash x-ray systems, and environmental applications of pulsed power. Dr. Coogan was also the LANL project leader for the completed CRADA that supported T3I’s UV lamp development. Dr. Coogan holds a Ph.D., MS and BS (cum laude) in Physics from the University of Texas (Austin and Dallas) and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.

Mr. Gary Morgan is T3I's Senior Research Scientist and Program Manager, directing the majority of the experimental and development activities in the Chesapeake Bay area. Prior to joining T3I, he was Director of Research and Development at the Hiac Royco Division of Pacific Scientific. In this capacity he was responsible for the development of optical particle counters to survey water treatment facilities for giardia and cryptosporidium, and holds several patents for fully chemical compatible particle monitors for corrosive chemicals used during semiconductor manufacturing. Gary L. Morgan is listed in the Millennium Edition of Who's Who in Science and Engineering, October, 1999.

Mr. Henry J. Richert is T3I's National Sales Manager. Mr. Richert is a senior sales professional who brings extensive product and systems sales experience to T3I. Prior to joining T3I, Mr. Richert has served as Director of Sales for FlexLink Systems AB. Earlier in his career he held senior sales positions at Panasonic Industrial, Hansen Transmission Inc. and the INA Bearings Company.
