Gary Tyra Joins T3I

Mr. Barry Ressler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triton Thalassic Technologies, Inc. (T3I) announced today that Gary Tyra, has joined T3I as Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager. In this position, Gary will be responsible for the development and management of T3I's quality assurance program, ISO 9000 registration and conformance, and the development of T3I quality and safety training programs.

"The quality and performance integrity of T3I's Patented FASTAC technology is our highest priority and we are extremely fortunate to have Gary join our company at this time based on his extensive experience as a quality manager," Mr. Ressler said.

Prior to joining T3I, Gary was the Manager of Quality Assurance at TUV Rheinland where he developed and implemented a quality system which met the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO Guide 25 and EN 45001 - (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing Laboratories), ISO/IEC Guide 28 - (General Rules for a Model Third-party Certification System for Products), ISO/IEC Guide 48 - (Guidelines for Third-party assessment and Registration of a Supplier's Quality System) and ISO Guide 65 and EN 45011 - (General Requirements for Bodies Operating Product Certification Systems). TUVR is an internationally recognized organization and has been accepted as a QS 9000 registrar by the big three automakers.

Mr. Ressler went on to say, "It is obvious that Gary's global experience in these quality and regulatory areas will be a critical part of T3I today and tomorrow as we apply FASTAC technology to the expanding market opportunities for our technology including the treatment and control of contaminated drinking water, wastewater, industrial process, aquaculture, commercial shipping ballast water, airborne pathogens and critical semiconductor industry manufacturing processes."

Gary earned his Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering at SUNY-Utica and his MBA from Western Connecticut State University. He has been an active member of the American Society for Quality since 1991. Gary and his wife Maureen have four children and reside in Bethel Connecticut.
